This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader - Counseling at Chandigarh University, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of counselors to provide academic and career guidance. Key duties include developing counseling strategies, conducting training sessions, evaluating team performance, and offering support to ensure students receive the best guidance and resources for their academic and professional growth. The role requires regular collaboration with faculty and other departments to align counseling goals with university initiatives.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in developing and implementing counseling strategies and an understanding of academic and career counseling
• Capability to manage and train a team effectively, ensuring performance goals are met
• Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle responsibilities efficiently
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in counseling or student engagement roles is preferred
