Role:
- Maintainingeffective internal controls.

Responsibilities:
- Strengthening of approval process controls with an appropriate and timely feedback to business functions.
- Effective co-ordination of Board Meetings (JVs etc.) including closure of related action items.
- Facilitate & coordinate activities related to Corporate Planning's representation in various industry forums like SIAM, CII, ASSOCHAM, etc.
- To monitor & ensure smooth Development & timely Delivery of project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside Organization.
- Manage role related communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Facilitate / Coordinate for approval documents preparation for Management.
- Strong follow-up and tracking of all activities related to project deliverables.
- Benchmarking industry standards & updating technology space.
