Job Description

  1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)/Equivalent or master's degree (MBA)
  2. Experience: 07 years- 14 Years
  3. Age Limit : 29-36 Years

Job Role & Responsibilities

Role:

  1. Maintainingeffective internal controls.
  2. Driving various cross-functional projects align with the organizational objectives.Project management through follow-up and trackingprocesses to ensure projectdelivery with agility & efficiency.
  3. Workingwithin various cross-functional teams and managing related internal communication.
  4. Managingcriticalapproval processessuchasthe Ringi process.
  5. Facilitating financial board agenda (JVs etc.) analysis & meetings

Responsibilities:

  1. Strengthening of approval process controls with an appropriate and timely feedback to business functions.
  2. Effective co-ordination of Board Meetings (JVs etc.) including closure of related action items.
  3. Facilitate & coordinate activities related to Corporate Planning's representation in various industry forums like SIAM, CII, ASSOCHAM, etc.
  4. To monitor & ensure smooth Development & timely Delivery of project.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within and outside Organization.
  6. Manage role related communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Facilitate / Coordinate for approval documents preparation for Management.
  8. Strong follow-up and tracking of all activities related to project deliverables.
  9. Benchmarking industry standards & updating technology space.
