Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of quality professionals with defined goals and performance tracking

• Oversee implementation, governance, and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other quality standards

• Drive quality KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and executive summaries

• Manage Quality Gate Reviews, audits, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

• Conduct internal and external audits and ensure closure of findings

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Drive automation and digital transformation of QMS processes

• Act as liaison for customer quality issues and certification bodies

• Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across functions

• Promote standardization and process harmonization across teams and regions

• Support capability building through training, mentoring, and skill development

• Influence stakeholders to adopt quality practices and drive change management
