Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Training:

  • Organize and conduct training sessions on CRM processes for all roles.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to communicate platform and process updates.
  • Advocate CRM platform usage and support knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Provide regional feedback to global sales process teams.
  • Assist in creating supplemental training materials and local language adaptations.

Technical Support:

  • Manage system access for all user roles.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for CRM troubleshooting.
  • Escalate recurring technical issues to support teams.
  • Understand data integration between CRM and other systems (Anaplan, SAP, ProMS).
  • Assist in creating custom views, dashboards, and reports.
