Key Responsibilities:
Communication & Training:
- Organize and conduct training sessions on CRM processes for all roles.
- Collaborate with regional teams to communicate platform and process updates.
- Advocate CRM platform usage and support knowledge sharing across teams.
- Provide regional feedback to global sales process teams.
- Assist in creating supplemental training materials and local language adaptations.
Technical Support:
- Manage system access for all user roles.
- Serve as the first point of contact for CRM troubleshooting.
- Escalate recurring technical issues to support teams.
- Understand data integration between CRM and other systems (Anaplan, SAP, ProMS).
- Assist in creating custom views, dashboards, and reports.
