Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Collections located in Ulhasnagar. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the debt collection team, ensuring compliance with financial policies, managing customer service interactions, and analyzing data to optimize collection strategies. Day-to-day tasks include developing and monitoring collection campaigns, providing team leadership and support, and ensuring timely and efficient debt recovery processes.
