We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to manage a team of 4-5 medical counselors, own conversion targets, and ensure every patient interaction is handled with quality and care.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor & manage a team of 4-5 medical counselors.
- Set and track daily, weekly & monthly targets
- Monitor KPIs call volume, lead conversion, consultation bookings, no-show rates
- Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions and training
- Handle escalations and complex patient queries personally
- Coordinate with hospital partners for smooth patient handoffs
- Share lead quality insights with the marketing team
What We're Looking For:
- 3-4 years in inside sales with minimum 1 year in a leadership role
- Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, hospitals or diagnostics preferred
- Excellent communication in Hindi & English
- Hands-on CRM experience
- Strong analytical ability comfortable reading reports and acting on data
- Empathetic, patient-first approach with a target-driven mindset
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA a plus)
