Responsibilities -

• Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
• Convert prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
• Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need.
• Selling health insurance over the call, by considering the organization need.
• Educating the customers online regarding health policy buying process
• To be focused on the quality of call and to give customer a better experience
• Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customer
