Team Lead Real Estate Sales

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Lead to manage, guide, and support a team in achieving business goals. The Team Lead will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring process adherence, mentoring team members, and acting as the key link between management and the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, guide, and support team members in daily tasks and deliverables.
  • Allocate work and monitor performance to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members for skill development and career growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
  • Resolve team challenges, conflicts, and escalations effectively.
  • Track team KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes.
  • Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in Real estate sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM / project management tools (as applicable).
