Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead in Workforce Management (WFM) to manage scheduling, team performance, and operational efficiency in a US Healthcare BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the WFM team to ensure smooth operations
• Handle scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning
• Monitor real-time performance and ensure SLA adherence
• Analyze data and generate WFM reports for decision-making
• Coordinate with operations and stakeholders for workforce planning
• Drive process improvements and optimize resource utilization
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

Key Requirements:

• 46 years of experience in Scheduling / Workforce Management (WFM)
• Experience in US Healthcare BPO or similar environment preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in a Team Lead / Team Manager role
• Strong knowledge of WFM tools, reporting, and analytics
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
