Objectives
- Ensure proper planning and execution of VTM activities
- Interact with clients during the process and manage workflow effectively
Process & TAT Management
- Ensure all activities are completed within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Ensure post-process activities, including indexing and Xeroxing, are correctly performed and forms are kept in designated locations
Client Interaction & Reporting
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding process status
- Provide timely updates and reporting to clients during the process
Attendance & Team Management
- Manage attendance of team members and allocate work in case of absenteeism
- Motivate and maintain team morale to achieve optimal productivity
- Ensure adherence to organizational work ethics and standards
