Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to lead a development team, architect scalable solutions, and drive end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, modern front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and team leadership. This role requires strong ownership, technical decision-making, and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full-stack developers.
- Drive architecture decisions, design reviews, and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
2. Backend Development
- Architect and build scalable, secure backend services using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Develop business logic, integrations, and data processing components.
3. Frontend Development
- Develop enterprise-grade front-end applications using Angular / React / Blazor.
- Ensure high-quality UI/UX, performance optimization, and responsive design.
- Build reusable components and integrate with backend systems.
4. Database & Cloud Expertise
- Strong experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL / Oracle schema design, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Work with Azure/AWS cloud environments (App Services, Functions, APIM, Containers).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps best practices.
5. Project & Team Management
- Drive sprint planning, workload distribution, and backlog grooming.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and deliver solutions within timelines.
- Manage client/stakeholder communications and ensure alignment.
