Talent Acquisition Manager IT
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager IT is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, developing hiring strategies, managing recruitment teams, and partnering with business leaders to attract top technology talent. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and implement IT talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Forecast hiring needs with engineering, product, and technology leaders.
- Build sourcing strategies for hard-to-hire technical roles.
2. End-to-End Hiring Management
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle:
- Role intake and requirement gathering
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Interview coordination
- Offer negotiation and closing
- Ensure timely hiring for technical positions.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers.
- Set recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Conduct training and performance reviews.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Delivery, TSC, external vendors
- Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
5. Candidate Sourcing
- Use multiple sourcing channels:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Developer communities (GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Employee referrals
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche IT skills.
6. Employer Branding
- Strengthen employer branding in the technology talent market.
- Partner with marketing for campus hiring, tech events, and hackathons.
7. Recruitment Analytics
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Optimize hiring processes using data-driven insights.
Required Skills
Technical Recruitment Expertise
- Experience hiring Niche/Super Niche skills in ERP (all SAP, SFDC, Oracle Universe, Microsoft Dynamics & commercial SAAS skills).
Recruitment Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 812+ years of recruitment experience, including IT hiring.
- 35 years in a leadership role preferred.
