WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Minimum 2 years of direct team handling
experience in a sales environment
• Consistent employment history — professionals who have built depth, not just changed titles
• We will not consider candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes
• Strong real estate or B2C sales background preferred
• Ability to train, coach, and lead a team of 5–8 Sales Associates
• CRM-disciplined, data-oriented, and high-accountability mindset
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and manage a team of 5–8 Sales Associates toward monthly unit targets
• Train new joiners on products, sales process, objection handling, and site visit protocols
• Conduct daily briefings, weekly reviews, and individual performance coaching sessions
• Maintain deep product knowledge across assigned developer projects
• Build competitive matrices and share market intelligence with the team
• Monitor pipeline, flag risks early, and drive consistent CRM hygiene
• Support SAs on complex client conversations and deal closures
