Talent Acquisition Operations Team Lead
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. Will work in a fast-paced environment to support the talent acquisition team by coordinating all pre-hire processes and documentation for compliance and successfully complete the hire/transfer process.
Essential Responsibilities:
Conducting criminal background checks, drug screenings, adjudications, and verifying licenses and certifications (if applicable).
Ensuring completion of employee health screenings and vaccine/accommodation requirements (if applicable).
Handling employment correspondence, service requests related to TA operations, email management, and scheduling panel interviews.
Facilitating and ensuring data integrity for all hires, transfers, and rehires, including managing start date changes and addressing in-flight data changes.
Assisting with and administering components of process compliance, including license and certification collection and upload.
Processing hires in a timely manner to meet compliance and business needs.
Partnering and communicating with TA Specialist regarding any issues or delays with the pre-boarding process and confirming day one activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
6-12 Years Experience in an HR, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Customer Service, administrative support, or similar professional experience (preferred).
Prior experience with Workday or HireRight (preferred).
Skills:
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to deal with changing schedules and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and/or Team
