Seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer with 5-8 years of experience to lead our design team. The ideal candidate will guide the team, drive design strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Design Strategy: Define and implement design strategies aligned with product goals.
- User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions.
- UI/UX Design: Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to deliver high-quality designs.
- Project Management: Manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- At Least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
