Responsibilities
Ensuring use of PPE's and zero accident
- To improve safety awareness among technicians through counselling.
- Ensure availability of all C&I systems related to Turbine & Auxiliaries, UPS, DCS, SWAS.
- To attend routine maintenance in Turbine & Auxiliaries, SWAS, MOVs area.
- Long term planning & execution of unit overhaul.
- Root cause analysis & action for avoiding recurrence of problems using latest technologies, improving plant reliability.
- Ensuring backups of DCS and PLC System.
- Coordination with other departments for minimizing delay.
- Technicians development through OJT/counselling.
- Spares/inventory Management and Development of Indigenous spares.
- Adherence to BPT process, and Technical Audits & Compliance.
- Ensure 100% ZFO implementation & zero human error.
- Implementation of SMS, 5S, BPT, IMS
- Report unsafe conditions, unsafe act and near miss in the work area
- Ensure implementation of JSA
- Ensure checklist for equipment being followed
- Ensure compliance to safety audit observations
Qualifications
- Experience Total : 12-18Yr
- Desired Qualification: M.E / M.Tech (C&I, E&C, Electronics, Mech.)
