This Position reports to:

Travel & Expenses Manager


Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the Travel and Expenses (T&E) team for the respective business. Each day, you will be responsible for the performance and improvement of the T&E process and for delivering high-quality, cost-efficient, and timely customer service. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and managing a team focused on accurate and timely completion of T&E tasks, transactions, and effective operational execution.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Motion Travel and Expense business based in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Defining tasks to ensure services are delivered as per the Service Level Agreements and meet established quality standards.
  • Conducting analysis of the T&E process in the respective business and highlighting discrepancies for correction and improvement.
  • Leading investigations as required, providing input on the issues, and escalating them according to the responsibility matrix.
  • Promoting a positive working environment within the team and with external customers by regularly measuring and improving customer/employee satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role
  • Financial background with min 7 - 10 years experience in similar field.
  • Prior proven experience in the Corporate Credit Card processes and T&E, both projects and operations.
  • Strong project and change management skills.
  • Outsourcing and/or shared services with Experience working in a global business environment background preferred.
  • Operating knowledge of Concur expense management tools as well as working experience with SAP ERP
  • High level of attention to detail is a must.
  • Knowledge of Corporate card products , P card & CTA reconciliation and Corporate Card Administrator role/process is a must.
