Job Title: Team Lead – Banking Sales

Location: Mumbai (Malad)

Industry: Banking / Financial Services – Sales

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week | Day Shift

Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Banking Sales to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in banking or financial product sales and strong leadership skills to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Drive sales for banking products such as loans, credit cards, CASA, or other financial offerings
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and banking regulations
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, productivity metrics, and MIS data
  • Handle escalations and support the team to close high-value deals
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Banking Sales with Team Handling exposure
  • Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good knowledge of banking products and sales processes
