Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Banking Sales to manage and drive a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in banking or financial product sales and strong leadership skills to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Drive sales for banking products such as loans, credit cards, CASA, or other financial offerings
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and banking regulations
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, productivity metrics, and MIS data
- Handle escalations and support the team to close high-value deals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Banking Sales with Team Handling exposure
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good knowledge of banking products and sales processes
