We are currently looking for an experienced French Team Leader to join our team!
Process: Travel, Ticketing Domain (Blended)
Location: Thane
Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Shift - Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts)
Working Days - 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs
Qualification - HSC & Graduate
Immediate Joiners preferred!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidates who are currently working as agents (Customer Support) with more Thane 3+ yrs of experience can also apply for this position.
-Monitor and achieve SLAs, AHT, CSAT, and other key performance metrics.
-Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for team members.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Minimum 3 year's experience as a Team Leader in BPO
- Fluency in French (C1) & good English level
- Strong leadership & team management skills
- Experience in performance management & KPIs
- Send attendance reports daily. (Monitor and communicate to your OM the attendance and tardiness of agents).
- Work to maintain performance expectations brainstorm ways of meeting expectations if performance is below standard.
