Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead Telecalling role based in Ludhiana. The Team Lead Telecalling will oversee and guide telecalling agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and motivating the team, conducting team meetings, maintaining quality assurance, handling escalated queries, and drafting reports on team performance. The Team Lead will contribute to achieving business goals by driving telecalling campaigns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in verbal communication, active listening, and customer engagement.
• Experience in team leadership, performance monitoring, and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools and handling customer databases.
• Problem-solving skills to handle escalated queries and ensure resolution.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve set targets.
• Fluency in English, and proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Preferred qualifications include prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or team management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
