This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead Tele Sales (Tamil) at TAXPERT PRO ACC, primarily based in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, you will manage and oversee a team of telesales executives, ensuring targets are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including fluency in Tamil.
• Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership roles.
• Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to mentor and train team members to achieve optimal performance.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage team operations effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in tele sales or customer relationship management is highly desirable.
