Join Eaton to do work that matters. We are looking for a Team Lead – Supply Chain Analytics position will be based in Pune
What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of global customer experience projects and programs, ensuring timely execution and measurable business impact on Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Planning & Demand Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics functions.
- Manage data analyst teams, ensuring that team members are performing their roles effectively and efficiently.
- Provide functional (supply chain) and technical (analytical) guidance to project teams, ensuring that all requirements are met. If necessary, even get hands-on to help the team.
- Work effectively with Product owners and key stakeholders on backlog prioritization and resource planning.
- Work with Supply Chain Managers for gathering project requirements in various process enhancement initiatives and creating data analytics solutions.
- Partner with data engineering team and applications team for curating data and securing steady access to various planning data sources.
- Ensures data quality and data validation processes.
- Conduct functional, integration, performance, and technical testing.
- Identify training and development needs for team members and facilitate their professional growth.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree with more than 10years of experience in Supply Chain Domain
Skills
- Mid-Level Experience in following tools: Power BI, SQL, ERP's
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw conclusions, which are essential for problem-solving and decision-making.
