Job Description

Manage the overall running of the sales team.

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence.
  2. Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses.
  3. Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  4. Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners.
  5. Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling solutions.
  6. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.
  7. Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
