Primary Roles Responsibilities:

  • Design & implement workflow processes.
  • Ensure quality of Deliverables
  • Interaction with clients
  • Ensure timely client communication
  • Ensure proper execution of projects
  • Monitor the quality and provide feedback to individuals or team.
  • Maintain process documents and ensure regular updates
  • Ensure all updates from clients are recorded
  • Ensure proper allocation of work to team members
  • Ensure the Turnaround time is adhered as per SLAs
  • Participate in conference calls with the clients/ top management
