Job Purpose
To lead a team of Relationship Managers and Analysts, managing key corporate client portfolios. Your focus will be on deepening relationships, driving business growth across asset and liability products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a team to manage and grow corporate client portfolios.
- Drive client acquisition, engagement, and cross-sell of banking products.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams to deliver business outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and operational standards.
- Monitor portfolio health and mitigate risks proactively.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and drive asset growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client portfolio.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes.
- Handle stressed relationships and audit-related queries.
- Manage industry-specific client concentrations within assigned zones.
Educational Qualification
Graduation: Any graduate
Post Graduation: Any post-graduate
Experience: 15+ years in corporate banking or relationship management
