Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and business growth.
  • Manage sales teams, operations, and resources to deliver consistent growth and success.
  • Define the optimal sales force structure and create effective sales training programs.
  • Educate and onboard merchants to promote and manage EDC machine usage.

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in distribution sales within fintech, banking, or EDC sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to execute sales strategies successfully and meet sales targets.
  • Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
