Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive growth in distribution and market share by managing sales and business development operations.
  2. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 10-20 field executives, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain accountability.
  3. Develop and execute effective communication strategies to align the team with business objectives and sales targets.
  4. Conduct audits on team performance and monitor key sales metrics for quality assurance.

Job Requirements:

  1. 2-8 years of relevant experience in direct sales, business development, or distribution (preferably in telecom, FMCG, fintech, or device sales).
  2. Graduate or MBA qualification required.
  3. Strong networking skills and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  4. Proficiency in coaching and mentoring, with experience managing a field sales team.
