What we are looking for

Experience Range - 5+years

What is the work

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements from internal technical managers and project leads.
• Source candidates through ..Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct CV screening, telephonic screening, and initial candidate evaluation.
• Schedule and conduct video interviews and face-to-face interviews.
• Perform headhunting and passive candidate sourcing for niche technical roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback.
• Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and candidate closing.
• Manage offer release, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of monthly hiring targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, monitor performance, and improve hiring efficiency.

What skills and experience are we looking for

• Strong experience in in-house IT recruitment .
• Expertise in sourcing from Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
• Excellent candidate selling, convincing, and negotiation skills .
• Strong headhunting and talent mapping capabilities .
• Good understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets .
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills .
• Ability to handle hiring pressure and meet recruitment targets .
• Experience in leading or mentoring recruitment teams .
• 5-10 years of experience in IT recruitment .
• At least 2 years in a lead or team handling role .
• Proven track record of consistent monthly hiring achievements .
• Experience in high-volume IT hiring .
• Strong headhunting experience for niche technology roles .
• Experience working in fast-paced IT services companies .
