What is the work

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
Understand hiring requirements from internal technical managers and project leads.
Source candidates through **Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct CV screening, telephonic screening, and initial candidate evaluation.
Schedule and conduct video interviews and face-to-face interviews.
Perform headhunting and passive candidate sourcing for niche technical roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interviews and feedback.
Handle salary negotiations, offer roll-out, and candidate closing.
Manage offer release, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of monthly hiring targets.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, monitor performance, and improve hiring efficiency.

What skills and experience are we looking for

Strong experience in in-house IT recruitment.
Expertise in sourcing from Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
Excellent candidate selling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Strong headhunting and talent mapping capabilities.
Good understanding of technical roles and IT skillsets.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle hiring pressure and meet recruitment targets.
Experience in leading or mentoring recruitment teams.
5–10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
At least 2 years in a lead or team handling role.
Proven track record of consistent monthly hiring achievements.
Experience in high-volume IT hiring.
Strong headhunting experience for niche technology roles.
Experience working in fast-paced IT services companies.
