Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Lead Recruiter to manage and guide our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, team coordination, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Allocate requirements among the team and monitor progress.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of profiles to clients.
- Train new recruiters on tools, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Stay updated with market trends and innovative hiring techniques.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
