We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead who is passionate about sales, growth, and high earnings. The ideal candidate will drive revenue targets, mentor team members, and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets through assigned paid leads and data calling.
  • Pitch relevant property options to prospective buyers based on their requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist with site visits along with team members.
  • Provide complete post-visit support to ensure smooth deal closure as per Team Manager's guidance.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups and maintain proper tracking of assigned leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Lead by example and be an active, motivating team player.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer handling and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi.
  • Must own a 2-wheeler (mandatory).
  • Flexible to work day shifts (10:00 AM 7:30 PM).
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week (weekday off).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
