Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Team Lead, Program Manager cum Project Manager Agriculture Officer located on-site in Dhenkanal. The role involves overseeing agricultural projects and team activities, managing farm operations, and implementing irrigation and agriculture techniques. Responsibilities also include overseeing poultry management, efficient resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with agricultural regulations. The candidate will lead project planning and execution, evaluate outcomes, and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Agriculture and Farm Management
- Practical skills in Irrigation and related techniques
- Experience in Poultry and Farms management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle team management and field operations effectively
- Educational background in Agriculture or a related field is highly preferred
