Overview
Global Immigration Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting all immigration-related processes for employees relocating or working across international locations. This role ensures full compliance with global immigration regulations, coordinates with external vendors and internal stakeholders, and provides guidance to employees and leaders on visa and work authorization requirements.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in global or corporate immigration.
- Strong understanding of immigration processes across multiple regions (e.g., US, UK, EU, India, APAC).
- Experience working with external immigration vendors or law firms.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
