Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role located in Delhi, India. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team to achieve their goals, ensuring completion of projects on time and to a high standard. Daily tasks include delegating responsibilities, monitoring team performance, strategizing for improved work processes, and ensuring team alignment with organizational objectives. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring team members and facilitating collaboration across departments to achieve company goals.
