General Description Of The Job
Responsible in daily
Sales operations of the call center supervising the performance of team.
- Drive sales through daily management of a team of 5-6 employees to include Motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, training and problem solving .
- Assist Team Manager with development, process improvement, analysis and implementation of efficiency or quality initiatives.
- Monitor Major KPI of Outbound voice Team performance
- Provide consistent, balanced and timely performance feedback on CSR performance.
- Ensuring a positive work environment, continuous learning and a high quality employment experience for the team.
- Providing leadership and managing all operational standards.
- Selling Insurance Policies over the phone
- Ability to achieve stretched Sales targets individually and through team
- Processing each lead in accordance with IL standards and provide the customer with a clear explanation of Product
- Provides leadership and manages to all operational standards
- Maintain Superior quality service by following organization standards
- Outbound calling and converting lead into sales.
- Ensuring all compliance and SLA during the calls.
- Achieving daily, weekly, monthly, target
- Individual sales targets and team management
Education Requirements/ Skills
- Any Graduate (Full Time/ Distance )
- Total experience 3+ years
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a domestic call centre.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, negotiating, verbal written communication skills
- Strong computer knowledge and technical skills (Dialer, Excel, Word)
- Strong People Management Skill
- Any Team leader from Health insurance team handling background is preferred.
