Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee sales enrollments and drive sales in the assigned city.
Conduct market research and create a list of prospective customers.
Lead and motivate a 5-member sales team to achieve sales targets and incentivize performance.
Manage sales activities in the market to ensure regular enrollments and usage.

Job Requirements:

Must have a smartphone, bike, and helmet.
Prior experience in a channel sales role with a 5-member team.
Strong market knowledge and ability to build relationships.
Willingness to travel extensively and manage a geographic sales area.
