- Establish, grow, and lead the Odoo practice, including capability building, hiring, and process setup.
- Define service offerings, delivery frameworks, and longterm strategy for the Odoo vertical.
- Build a scalable team by engaging with the right talent pool integrators, partners, and developers.
Ecosystem & Community Engagement
- Leverage strong knowledge of the Odoo ecosystem, including partners, integrators, community contributors, and Odoo SA channels.
- Utilize and engage with OCA (Odoo Community Association) understanding modules, contribution processes, community best practices, and how OCA collaborates closely with Odoo SA.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of ERP experience with 6 + years of handson experience delivering Odoo multicountry projects is mandatory.
- Leading multi-functional teams (developers, functional consultants, QA)
- Project governance & delivery management
- Strong conceptual understanding of Odoo architecture, module structure, and integration framework.
