Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive regional revenue growth and enhance market penetration.
• Lead by Example: Function as a playing captain by actively engaging in business development while nurturing a high-performing, aggressive team of go-getters.
• Build Client Relationships: Establish and foster trusted relationships with UHNI, Family Offices, Corporates, and Quasi-Institutions to grow and maintain a high-quality client book.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of market trends and offer insightful guidance on direct equities and tailored financial products.
• Represent the Brand: Serve as a thought leader and ambassador for Nuvama Professional Clients Group (PCG), contributing to industry influence and business development initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience: 15+ years in direct equities, wealth management, or UHNI broking, with a strong track record in managing elite client relationships.
• Expertise: Deep understanding of equity markets and financial products, with a well-established network within the UHNI and institutional sectors.
• Behavioral Traits: A strategic thinker and trust-builder, you are an exceptional negotiator with a relentless drive for results.
