- Manage and engage field experts as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment with processes and expectations
- Monitor and resolve expected order breaches (EOB) to ensure timely service delivery
- Track attendance, manage schedules, and maintain discipline across the expert network
- Conduct regular briefings and ensure clear communication of updates and performance expectations
- Support new initiatives, process rollouts, and identify training needs for continuous improvement
