**We're Hiring: Team Leader Advisory**
Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team of Advisors in a fast-paced financial services environment Join us at Motilal Oswal Financial Services as a Team Leader Advisory Malad Mumbai location and take charge of driving client advisory excellence and revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 12-15 Advisors, guiding them in client advisory strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Development: Conduct in-house training programs to enhance skills and expertise within the team.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention: Recruit and onboard new Advisors while effectively managing attrition rates.
- Process Optimization: Implement and automate processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with our top-tier and retail clients.
- Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell third-party financial products like SIP, Insurance, and TGS.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with Risk Management, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Financial Accountability: Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the team and drive profitability.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and aggressive approach.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in client servicing within top brokerage firms.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader managing larger teams.
