Client: Technology GCC for Global Biotech Company

10+ years experience in project management, including planning, execution, and budget alignment for IT-related projects.

Demonstrated leadership in mentoring IT engineers and guiding technical teams.

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing high-availability network solutions in manufacturing or similar environments.

Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Active Directory architecture, deployment, and administration.

Extensive experience in Linux server administration, including security patching, backup strategies, and performance optimization.

Expertise in database management, including SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle, with a focus on performance monitoring and security.

Strong operational support background in resolving technical issues across networks, servers, and databases.

Successful track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.

Project management proficiency, with the ability to manage both small and complex initiatives.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide IT engineering teams.

Advanced knowledge of high-availability wired and wireless network solutions. Manager who is able to manage all Tech areas

Deep understanding of Windows Active Directory, including group policies and secure access controls.

Understanding of Linux server configuration, maintenance, and security.

Understanding ofdatabase management, focusing on optimization, health monitoring, and data security.

Troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities for complex systems.

Effective collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional team coordination.

Strong documentation and reporting abilities for maintaining system records and presenting performance updates.
