  • Monitor and report on risk factors throughout the integration process.
  • Cross Departmental Partnership:
  • Collaborate with departments like IT, Project Management Office, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure comprehensive M&A strategies.
  • Ensure all data privacy and compliance standards are maintained during integrations.
  • Documentation and Training:
  • Develop playbooks, best practices, and training materials for marketing system integrations and processes in M&A scenarios.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across the organization. Create and maintain a repository of lessons learned from past M&A integrations.
  • Tracking and Reporting:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of M&A integration efforts
  • Identify areas for improvement and refine integration processes and strategies based on performance data.

Heres What You Need:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, technology, PMO, or a related role. At least 3 years in a project management role dealing with M&A.
