Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead Manager based in New Delhi. The Team Lead Manager will oversee team operations, ensure effective collaboration, and achieve assigned business targets. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, streamlining daily operations, monitoring performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and motivating team members
- Proficiency in operational management, implementing strategies, and achieving business goals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build client and stakeholder relationships
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities under diverse scenarios
- Understanding of financial products, lending procedures, and loan advisory practices (preferred experience in financial services sector)
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
