Team Lead / Manager - SAP PS ( Domestic Shift )

Key Deliverables:

• Analyze, design, configure, and support SAP PS to meet business needs, ensuring smooth integration with other modules (FI, CO, MM, SD).
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and accurately translate them into SAP form requirements.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and form data repositories.
• Support project teams with incident resolution, bug-fixing, and enhancements in SAP PS functionality.
• Configure SAP PS structures (WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, etc.) to ensure alignment with business processes.
• Lead end-to-end implementation for industries like Banking, Manufacturing, Civil, or others, ensuring all project management activities are covered.
• Conduct user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation designs for new business processes or changes.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations by evaluating and amalgamating research findings.
• Monitor, coach, and develop the team, sharing knowledge and providing necessary training.
• Oversee SAP related customizing and developments, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and vision.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure that SAP PS configurations meet the organization's business needs, delivering value through expertise in project management functionality.
• Collaborate with other business functions to collect or provide relevant data and implement changes efficiently.
• Conduct configuration of PS modules, ensuring all technical solutions align with business requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with management, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of SAP solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic recommendations based on business process evaluations and industry insights.
• Provide guidance to project teams, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and changes to SAP PS.
• Foster a collaborative work environment through team development, knowledge sharing, and proactive mentoring.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and efficient delivery of client deliverables under pressure.
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in line with best practices for SAP PS configurations, changes, and incidents.
