The Regional Hub Lead is responsible for leading the regional consulting team with a strong focus on talent management and operational excellence. The role oversees team performance, engagement, and development while ensuring consistent delivery, efficient operations, and alignment with the global consulting organization. Operating in a matrixed environment, the Regional Hub Lead drives workforce planning, delivery execution, and operational integration, fostering a strong employee experience and enabling the team to perform at scale across the region. In addition, the role serves as a strategic partner to commercial and functional leaders, contributing insight and leadership that support growth, delivery excellence, and effective cross business unit collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1) People Leadership
  • Provide regional oversight and pastoral care of regional Consulting team, reinforcing culture, ways of working, and engagement act as an escalation point for development, performance, and wellbeing needs.
  • Coach people managers and high potential talent support succession planning and career pathways aligned to global standards.
  • Identify regional skill gaps and deliver (or coordinate) targeted learning, development days, and practice forums to strengthen client facing excellence (communication, problem solving, stakeholder management).
  • Partner with global L&D/OD to deploy scalable learning journeys track adoption and impact.
  • Standardize account planning, performance reviews, and expansion playbooks develop dashboarding for revenue, pipeline, and retention
2) Strategy Execution & Operational Excellence
  • Ensure smooth consulting operations by partnering with HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Resource Management troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve regional issues.
  • Embed global processes, governance, and tooling drive consistency in delivery quality and operating rhythm across the region.
  • Convert global priorities into regional action plans with clear metrics lead change adoption for new commercial and operational models.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and drive innovation through operational excellence expertise
  • This role will be measured on employee engagement, delivery quality, skill readiness, regional integration, and standardization.
3) Regional Stewardship & External Representation
  • Represent Consulting within the regional office leadership community champion collaboration across business units and act as culture carrier.
  • Support cross commercial growth strategy, talent development and operational efficiencies.
  • Serve as a local senior point of presence at industry events and client forums as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • 10-15+ years in consulting/professional services or adjacent operational leadership roles within a global, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams (direct or dotted line), with strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial enablement (go to market, sales/marketing activation, prospecting governance) and account management oversight.
  • Strong program/portfolio management, data literacy, and comfort with dashboards/metrics to guide decisions.
Preferred
  • Master's degree (MBA or related) and/or certifications in leadership, change, or organizational development.
  • Experience working in consulting, professional services, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
