Job Description

Team Leadership and Operations Management

• Lead and manage business operations team handling moderate to high complexity assignments

• Ensure team performance aligns with process objectives, deadlines, and quality standards

• Drive accountability and ownership within the team for deliverables

• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and skill-based task assignment

• Guide and mentor team members, including third-party resources

Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Process Execution

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle including order booking, project execution, and fulfillment

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standard processes, and quality management systems

• Monitor execution efficiency and identify opportunities for process simplification and optimization

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in business operations deliverables

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders across different time zones

• Engage with clients and internal teams to improve service delivery and satisfaction

• Gather feedback and drive improvements in engagement and operational performance

• Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments
