Project Manager (Industrial Automation)

• Lead full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery plans

• Act as primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders

• Conduct project meetings and manage cross-functional team coordination

• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards

• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues

• Track project progress, financials, and performance metrics

• Manage multiple projects in a matrix organization environment

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within defined scope

• Prepare status reports, forecasts, and project documentation

• Foster collaboration across engineering, automation, and business teams

• Guide and motivate teams to achieve project and organizational goals
