Team Lead - L3 (ELT Copy Editing + Proofreading + English Language Editing)

We are currently looking for a Team Lead to manage our Assessment Experts team based out of our Sector 62, Noida, UP office.

Role Details:

• Position: Team Lead Assessment Experts Team
• Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
• Payroll: Tech Mahindra
• Client: UK Based (800 Years old - Publishing/Edtech)
• Location: Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience Required:

• Total Experience: 4 to 10 years
• Team Management: Minimum 2 years managing a team of ELT Copy Editors or Proofreaders OR Content Writers

Work Details:

• Shift Timings: 11:30 AM 9:00 PM
• (2-way transportation provided)
• Workdays: Monday to Friday
• (Fixed weekly offs on Saturday & Sunday 5-day working)

Qualifications:

(Any one of the below qualifications is mandatory)

BA (Hons) / M.Phil / MA / PhD in:

• English
• English Language & Literature
• Applied Linguistics
• TESOL
• Communicative Studies

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in ELT Copy Editing & Proofreading
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Team handling / people management
• Proven experience in stakeholder and client management
