Job Summary: The Team Lead/Assistant Manager/Manager Outbound Sales is responsible for leading and motivating a team of telesales executives to achieve individual and team targets through outbound calling activities. The role focuses on driving conversions, maintaining high-quality customer interactions, and ensuring consistent performance across the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Drive outbound calling productivity and conversion rates through regular monitoring and mentoring.
  • Assist in developing call scripts, objection-handling frameworks, and lead management strategies.
  • Analyze call and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Ensure high levels of customer engagement, professionalism, and service quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outbound campaigns and messaging.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development of the telesales workforce.
  • Ensure strict adherence to process discipline, compliance, and performance standards

Manage sales forecasting, performance dashboards, and daily productivity reviews.

  • Implement process improvements and technology tools to enhance outbound efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in a B2B telesales / inside sales environment is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and outbound call performance tracking.
  • Ability to manage, coach, and drive performance in a high-energy, target-driven environment. Experience Requirement
  • Team Lead: Min 4 years of B2B telesales experience and/or 1 year of TL Experience in sales process
  • Assistant Manager: 3 - 4 years of Team Lead exp in sales process
  • Manager: 3 - 4 years of Assistant Manager exp in sales process Additional Information:
  • Work location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.
  • Willingness to work in an outbound sales setup and 6-day-a-week schedule.
