We are looking for a high-performing Team Lead/Process Lead to join the IT Infrastructure team at Infosys BPM. If you have a deep understanding of the ITIL framework and experience managing L1 support teams in a 24/7 environment, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end Incident Management processes.
  • Oversee L1 support, monitoring systems, and technical escalations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure 100% SLA adherence.
  • Mentor and drive performance for a team of support specialists.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in ITIL / Incident Management.
  • Knowledge of Servers, Databases, and Basic Networking.
  • Willingness to work 5 days/week from the Delhi office and support 24/7 rosters.
